So you've booked you party with us. Now what?? Here are some simple steps to help ensure you are prepared for the day so things will run smoothly.

• When sending out invitations, remember to have guests arrive 15 minutes before the official start time.
• We will call you a few days before your party to get a final count of guests, take any pizza orders and go over any questions.
• Try to have teams created. You can use our bowler list to help you organize. We usually recommend 4 bowlers per lane.
• Once you arrive, alert the staff and they will take any items (cake, drinks, party bags...etc) that need to go into the storage area. Please keep all presents with you.
• Quick checklist of most forgotten items
• Matches/lighter
• Candles
• Knife
• There might be a party ahead of you and in the room when you are bowling. Please do not worry. There is a 15 minute window between parties where we will clean the room and allow you time to set up for your party.
• When guests arrive please have them go to the front counter and get their bowling shoes.
• If your lanes are available you can go to them and get comfortable until we turn the lanes on.
• When the hour is up and bowling is finished please have all bowlers return the bowling shoes to the front desk before going into the party room.
• You have the party room for an hour. Out of courtesy for the party after you, please try and keep the mess to a minimum.
• Please pay the remaining amount on your balance before leaving.
